Itinerary -
DAY 1 : Arrive Entebbe - Kampala (Approx 45 Kms / 1 hr 20 mins)
On arrival at the Entebbe International airport, you will be met and transferred to the hotel in Kampala by a local representative.
The rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Kampala. (L & D)
DAY 2 : Kampala - Murchison Falls National Park (Approx 274 Kms / 4 hrs)
Today leave for Murchison Falls National Park with a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary. You have an opportunity to watch the
Rhinos as they graze. Thereafter have lunch and proceed to the lodge in Murchison Falls National Park. Overnight at the hotel/lodge
in Murchison Falls National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 3 : Murchison Falls National Park
Spend a day of adventure in the wild right after your breakfast. Go for a game drive near the delta in search of the animals
remaining on the Big 5 list after ticking off the Rhino. Later in the afternoon take a boat cruise on Victoria Nile for plenty of Hippos,
Crocodiles, Buffaloes and several bird species. Overnight at the hotel/lodge in Murchison Falls National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 4 : Murchison Falls National Park - Hoima Cultural Village (Approx 83 Kms / 1 hr 35 mins)
Bunyoro Kingdom is one of the oldest monarchies in East Africa. Breaking the journey in Hoima will allow you to visit the palace and
explore the life of Kabalega - the king who resisted the British colonial rule. Overnight at the hotel in Hoima. (B, L & D)
DAY 5 : Hoima Cultural Village - Kibale Forest National Park (Approx 225 Kms / 4 hrs 50 mins)
Today we embark on the journey to Kibale Forest National Park where we will track Chimpanzees. The drive will take you through
the countryside offering beautiful landscapes and sights of Uganda. Arrive at the lodge later that evening. Overnight atthe hotel in
Kibale National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 6 : Chimpanzee Tracking
Today proceed for briefing at the starting point of tracking right after breakfast. The tracking experience is a unique experience that
brings you close to the chimps offering great opportunities for photography. You stay 1 hour with chimps once you locate them.
Later in the afternoon explore Bigodi wetland an initiative by the local community on conservation of chimps and other primates.
Your visit gives back to this community and provides the much needed supplementary income. Overnight at the hotel in Kibale
National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 7 : Kibale National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park (Approx 102 Kms / 2 hrs)
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with stopovers to view beautiful crater lakes. Enjoy a community walk in Rubirizi area, see
the people in their every lives. This village walk brings incomes into the community hence contributing more to conservation and
development of homes. Overnight at the hotel in Queen Elizabeth National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 8 : Game drive and Boat Safari
In the morning take a game drive in the Kasenyi in search of some of the big mammals. Post lunch enjoy a boat cruise on
Kazingachannel. It is a perfect way to spend an afternoon, enjoying the breeze on the water channel that connects Lake Edward to
Lake George. Overnight at the hotel in Queen Elizabeth National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 9 : Queen Elizabeth National Park - Ishasha (Approx 84 Kms / 1 hr 30 mins)
Drive to Ishasha, located in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth NP. Queen Elizabeth national park has several prides of lions
that often climb the acacia trees. We leave for the sector and search for these with a picnic lunch or have lunch at the lodge
depending on how fast we locate them. Overnight at the hotel in Ishasha. (B, L & D)
DAY 10 : Ishasha - Bwindi (Approx 178 Kms / 3 hrs 30 mins)
Drive to Bwindi to meet the gentle giants of Bwindi. These wild animals are huge yet very gentle unless overly provoked. Depending
on the sector of Bwindi you visit, we arrive in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Bwindi. (B, L & D)
DAY 11 : Gorillas Trekking
Gorilla tracking is a unique experience that we highly recommend for everyone in position to take it. After a briefing from your
ranger guide, you will start this memorable experience deep in the jungle. Once you locate the gorillas, you stay 1 hour
in their presence, remember flash photography is prohibited. Overnight at the hotel in Bwindi. (B, L & D)
DAY 12 : Bwindi - Lake Bunyonyi (Approx 162 Kms / 4 hrs 5 mins)
Proceed to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is tucked away in southwestern Uganda surrounded with terraced hills with 29 small
islands with some developed for tourism and others not. The drive to Lake Bunyonyi is rewarding with great scenery. Arrive at
the lodge in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Kabale. (B, L & D)
DAY 13 : Lake Bunyonyi Islands Tour
After a relaxed afternoon, explore some of the Islands of lake Bunyonyi learning from the local guide the stories connected to each
of them. Lunch will be at one of the Islands. You also have an opportunity to hike up the hill or take a walk in the
surrounding communities. Overnight at the hotel in Kabale. (B, L & D)
DAY 14 : Kabale - Entebbe via Kampala (Approx 447 Kms / 7 hrs 30 mins)
Today start your journey to Kampala the capital and proceed to Entebbe. We will have several stopovers taking photos of the
great scenery with lunch enroute. We will also have a stopover at the equator monument for more pictures and souvenir
shopping. Overnight at the hotel in Entebbe. (B, L & D)
DAY 15 : Depart Entebbe
This morning you will be transferred to Entebbe airport to board your flight back home or to your next destination. (B & L)
