Itinerary -
DAY 1 : Arrive Durban
On arrival at Durban's King Shaka International airport you will be met and transferred to the hotel by our local representative. The
rest of the day is at leisure for your to explore on your own. Apart from the effervescent ocean lined with goldenbeaches, Durban
offers subtropical carnival atmosphere & summer sunshine all year round with an excellent one-stop shopping
centre where you can buy anything from photographic equipment to clothing and rare antiques. Flea markets & crafts trailsattract
leisurely browsers. Overnight at the hotel in Durban.
DAY 2 : Half day city tour of Durban
This morning proceed on a half day Durban highlights tour. Tour begins as you travel along the brand-new Golden mile, the
revitalized beach front promenade which hugs the beckoning beaches of Durban. Then we will move through the city, viewing
themajestic hall, the original offices of the Kwa Muhle Museum (closed Sundays). Then we will visit the peaceful Durban
Botanic Gardens founded in 1849, a treasure trove of massive trees from Asia, Africa and America and a magnificent orchid
house. We then conclude with a visit to an icon of Kwazul Natal, the Moses Mabhida Stadium where you will have an option of
experiencing the cable car ride (on your own) to the top of the Stadium for that phenomenal view of Durban and its
surroundings. Overnight at the hotel in Durban. (B)
DAY 3 : Durban
Today the morning is free to explore the city on your own. Later in the afternoon proceed to Africa's largest Dolphinarium, uShaka
Marine World. Its fascinating journey around 30 in- and outdoor themed exhibits, and don't miss the spectacular dolphin, seal and
penguin shows. The rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Durban. (B)
DAY 4 : Depart Durban
This morning you will be transferred to Durban's King Shaka International airport to board your
flight back home or your next destination.

About The Place:
Durban, a coastal city in eastern South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province, is known for its African, Indian and colonial influences. Refurbished for soccer’s 2010 World Cup, the seafront promenade runs from uShaka Marine World, a huge theme park with an aquarium, to the futuristic Moses Mabhida Stadium. The Durban Botanical Gardens showcases African plant species.
