Day 02: Cochin
After breakfast, stroll through the local spice and fish markets in Fort Cochin area visit St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue and back to Hotel Casino for an introduction to Indian and Keralan cuisine, followed by cooking demonstration with an emphasis on seafood. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Cochin - Thekkady
This day you will proceed to Periyar that's lying in the lap of picturesque cardamom hills of Kerala, On arrival at Thekkady check-in at hotel. Afternoon enjoy boat safari on the Periyar lake to see wildlife later return to the hotel for a live cooking demonstration using fresh spices from the surrounding forest. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Thekkady
Your hotel staff will introduce you to the various spices that are grown in this region in their natural habitat, while taking you on walking tour of Spice Village. Later you will have a lesson on cooking with the spices by your resort chef, so you can take home few tips on Keralan cooking with spices. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Thekkady - Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom - a matchless backwater destination of Kerala located on the banks of Vembanad Lake. On arrival at Kumarakom check-in at hotel. Demo of Indian cuisine in the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Kumarakom
Demo of breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at hotel. Rest of the day free for your own activity. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07: Kumarakom - Cochin Drop
After breakfast drive to Cochin. On arrival at Cochin transfer to Airport for your onward destination.
