Itinerary -
DAY 1 : Arrive Entebbe - Bwindi (Approx 470 Kms / 8 hrs 40 mins)
On arrival at Entebbe airport, you will be transferred to the home of the endangered mountain gorillas - Bwindi impenetrable
national park. Mountain gorillas live in the wild at high altitudes and cannot survive caged in Zoos. They can only be found in
Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo. Arrive in Bwindi and check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Bwindi. (L & D)
DAY 2 : Ultimate Gorilla Tracking Experience
You will be transferred to your briefing point by the driver guide. After briefing you start the gorilla trek led by your range guide into
the forest. Some Gorilla groups require that you drive to the starting point. Once you locate the gorilla group, you are
allowed to spend one hour with them before you start your descent. Overnight at the hotel in Bwindi. (B, L & D)
DAY 3 : Bwindi - Queen Elizabeth National Park (Approx 205 Kms / 5 hrs 30 mins)
Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park - endowed with great scenery and home to
numerous birds and animal species. The journey from Bwindi impenetrable national park to Queen Elizabeth national park
takes you through the Ishasha sector - home to tree climbing lions. Be on the lookout, you could see some on the numerous
acacia trees by the roadside. Overnight at the hotel in Queen Elizabeth National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 4 : Game drive and Boat Safari
Today we spend the day exploring this beautiful park which has diverse habitats from an underground forest - Kyambura gorge to
crater lakes , savannah grassland and woodland. In the morning take a game drive in search of the big mammals and the
afternoon we spend it on a boat cruise on Kazinga channel. It is a perfect way to spend an afternoon enjoying the breeze on the
water channel that connects Lake Edward to Lake George. Overnight at the hotel in Queen Elizabeth National Park. (B, L &D)
DAY 5 : Depart Queen Elizabeth National Park
This morning you will be transferred to Entebbe airport to board your flight back home
or to your next destination. (B & L)
