Itinerary -
DAY 1 : Arrive Kigali
On arrival at the Kigali airport, you will be met and transferred to the hotel by the guide. Rwanda known as the land of "a thousand
hills," on this trip you will confirm this slogan as you transverse the country. Overnight at the hotel in Kigali.(L & D)
DAY 2 : Kigali - Nyungwe Forest National Park (Approx 317 Kms / 6 hrs)
Today morning, depart for Nyungwe forest having lunch en-route in Butare. Explore Butare National Museum to learn about the
history of Rwanda and its cultures. Arrive in Nyungwe forest later in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Nyungwe ForestNational
Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 3 : Chimpanzee Trekking in Nyungwe forest
This morning leave for Chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe forest after an early breakfast. The forest is rich in botanical diversity and
home to 13 species of primates including Chimpanzees, L'Hoest monkeys, and Columbus monkeys with 300 bird
species.We have an opportunity to take a canopy walk immediately or later on in the afternoon. Return back to the hotel.

DAY 4 : Nyungwe Forest to Volcanoes National Park (Approx 223 Kms / 4 hrs 40 mins)
Depart for Volcanoes national park with views of Lake Kivu and its Islands on the way. Arrive at the hotel in the evening. The rest
of the evening is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Volcanoes National Park (Ruhengeri). (B, L & D)
DAY 5 : Gorilla Trekking
Today we embark on our journey to meet the mountain gorillas in the dense jungles of the Virunga ranges. Such an unforgettable
experience on many people's bucket list. The trek can last from an hour to six hours depending on where the gorillas nested the
previous night - you need to be relatively fit to enjoy this experience. Overnight at the hotel in Volcanoes National Park
(Ruhengeri). (B, L & D)
DAY 6 : Volcanoes National Park - Bwindi Forest National Park / Rushaga Sector (Approx 67 Kms / 2 hrs)
Proceed to Rushaga Sector in Bwindi Forest national park, via Kisoro town. You will have stopovers to take photos of Lake
Mutanda with the Virunga volcanoes in the background. Overnight at the hotel in Bwindi. (B, L & D)
DAY 7 : Gorilla Tracking
Your driver guide will transfer you to the briefing point early morning before you can start your gorilla trek. The second lifetime
experiences of tracking the mountain Gorillas in the Bwindi Forest national park. Return back to the hotel.

DAY 8 : Bwindi Forest National Park - Ishasha (Approx 115 Kms / 2 hrs 50 mins)
Drive to Ishasha, located in the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth NP is home to the famous tree-climbing lions. Leave for
Ishasha to search for the tree-climbing lions, enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kisoro and Kabale. Overnight at the hotel inIshasha.

DAY 9 : Ishasha - Mweya Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park (Approx 120 Kms / 2 hrs 30 mins)
Proceed to Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, observing many savannah wildlife species. On arrival proceed for the
boat excursion trip on Kazinga Channel, where lots of animals and bird species will be seen drinking water on the bank sof the
Channel. Overnight at the hotel in Queen Elizabeth National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 10 : Classical Savannah Wildlife Game Drives
The full day of the classical savannah wildlife game drives / game viewing in the Mweya sector.

DAY 11 : Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kibale Forest National Park (Approx 102 Kms / 2 hrs)
Today morning drive to Kibale Forest National Park via the beautiful crater lakes region with the back drop of Rwenzori mountains.
In the afternoon walk through the Bigodi wetland with a local site guide. Overnight at the hotel in Kibale Forest National Park.

DAY 12 : Chimpanzees Habituation Experiences ( CHE )
The full day of Chimpanzee Habituation experiences in Kibale Forest national park with picnic lunch served in the forest, while
observing the social behaviors of the Chimpanzees. Overnight at the hotel in Kibale Forest National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 13 : Kibale Forest National Park - Murchison Falls National Park (Approx 290 Kms / 6 hrs 10 mins)
Drive to the Murchison Falls National Park via Hoima town. Lunch will be served in Hoima. Arrive at the hotel/lodge in the evening.

DAY 14 : Murchison Falls National Park
Today morning proceed for game viewing in Murchison falls NP. Murchison falls NP is home to a variety of wildlife from mammals,
birds, reptiles, insects etc. The big mammals that you are likely to see on a game drive include, Lions, Leopard, Elephants,
Giraffe, Warthog, buffaloes, Jacksons hartebeest. Spend the afternoon on a on a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile.
Overnight at the hotel/lodge in Murchison Falls National Park. (B, L & D)
DAY 15 : Murchison Falls National Park - Depart Kampala (Approx 274 Kms / 4 hrs)
This morning leave for Kampala with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. The Rhinos used to roam in Murchison falls NP but were
extinct due to poaching. On arrival in Kampala you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight back home or to
your next destination.
