About The Place:

Scenic and serene North East region draws attention of travel aficionados around the world. And it is a fact that adding the beautiful eastern destination of Darjeeling to it does make for an exciting trip in India. Our 6N/7D Darjeeling-Pelling-Gangtok Tour triples the fun of exploring North East Region by offering an insight on three incredibly beautiful destinations. The tour will also be a way of contemplating our relationship with nature along with enabling us to see that life can be happy without the interventions of many modern equipments and accessories.

Our tour starts to get exciting as soon as we enter Darjeeling, where the stretches of tea estates, green rolling hills and warm-hearted people welcome us. It is a quiet town that has its pace of life and with that we mean a comfortable life with laidback people who take delight in small things. Seeking for more peace and spiritual ambience? Well all you need to do is to visit monastries like Ghoom. Feeling patriotic or may be curious about the Toy Train Route, then visiting Batasia Loop is the solution. For more refreshment you will be taken to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park , Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refuge Centre and Tea Garden.

Through the meandering roads and valleys, we shall head to our first North East destination, Pelling. Replete with nature’s bounty, Pelling becomes our first impression of North East and it does not disappoint in anyway. The hub of Buddhists who are seen worshipping in ancient monasteries like Pemayangtse, this hill town is where one can seek utter peace and a sense of spirituality. In our tour, we shall visit the prime attractions of Pelling like the legendary lake at Khecheopalri; Kunchenjunga Falls and Rimbi Falls, the two perennial waterfalls; Dentham Valley; Tsangey Falls and Sinsore Bridge, the highest bridge.

After a delightful first impression of Sikkim, we shall look forward to another exhilarating destination, Gangtok. The capital city glows with the existence of commercial factor. Good accommodation, all modern amenities, scenic locales, breathtaking views and not to forget scrumptuous delicacies whose aroma fill the air sometimes. Gangtok has handful attractions for visitors and on our tour we will try to cover Tsongmo Lake, Baba Mandir and the Nathu La. The lake Tsongmo is a home to the Brahminy ducks but many migratory birds also make it their temporary settlement. The nearby located temple, Baba Mandir is highly acknowledged for its spiritual worth and the Nathu Pass or Nathu La is the border between India and China and once was the part of the famed Silk Route. Our tour ends with the drop to Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, wherefrom one can head out for onward jouney or back home with memories that might not erase for a lifetime.

Seasons :-
  • Spring - March to April
  • Summer-May To July
  • Monsoon - June to Sep
    Autumn-Oct to Nov
  • Winter - Dec to Feb
Gangtok like Darjeeling follows similar trends in weather through the year. Although there are some differences in temperature and rainfall between the two places, the overall weather change takes place in tandem in both these two places. So a good season in Gangtok is also a good season in Darjeeling. And this is one main reason why most tourists combine a visit of Gangtok with Darjeeling.
