Itinerary - 2N Jaipur, 1N Bikaner, 2N Jaisalmer, 2N Jodhpur
Day 01- Jaipur-
Arrive Jaipur. On arrival check into the Hotel. Late Afternoon optional visit to Chokhi Dhani an ethnic village resort to view folk dances, puppet show, camel ride etc. and enjoy Rajasthani Dinner (OWN COST). Overnight stay at the Hotel in Jaipur.
DAY 02- Jaipur-
After breakfast excursion to Amber Fort, the Old capital of Jaipur Rulers. Ride on the back of an elephant from the foots of the hill up to the gates of the fortress. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Jaipur including Maharaja’s museum and Jai Singh’s Astronomical Observatory and Hawa Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 03- Jaipur – Bikaner-
In the morning drive to Bikaner, this is true desert county and situated directly on the ancient caravan route which linked west / central Asia and North India. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Evening visit the market. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Bikaner.
Day 04- Bikaner – Jaisalmer-
'Morning drive to Jaisalmer. Arrive Jaisalmer and check - in at hotel. Afternoon excursion to Sam Sand Dunes in the evening for a spectacular sunset and also enjoy a camel ride.
Day 05-Jaisalmer-
'In the morning your city sightseeing will include a tour of the Jaisalmer Fort where everything, including outer walls, temples and houses, are made of soft yellow Jurassic sandstone. Visit some of the countless havelis spread across Jaisalmer, which are reputed as the city's real showpieces. In the evening you will visit the Sam Sand Dunes of the Thar Desert a great place to see patterns carved out by winds on the sand. Experience an unforgettable camel ride through the dunes at sunset. Overnight in Jaisalmer.
Day 06- Jaisalmer – Jodhpur-
Today you will drive to a historic city of Jodhpur. Check into your hotel on arrival. Chek inn to the Hotel day free for leisure, over night stay at Jodhpur
Day 07-Jodhpur-
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the imposing Meherangarh Fort. Also explore the various museums that house the finest artifacts of the Royal family of Jodhpur. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure
Day 08- Jodhpur-
After Breakfast chek out form the hotel and proceed to Jodhpur Air port / Railway st, TOUR END

About The Place –

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS – GROUP TOURS
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed booking amount.
The balance tour amount must be paid on or before the due date communicated by the company.
Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company's cancellation policy.
Airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and other non-refundable services will be charged as per actual cancellation rules.
No refund will be provided for unused services during the tour.
3. Passport & Visa
For international tours, passengers must possess a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of travel.
Grant of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate. The company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
4. Travel Documents
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification, passports, visas, tickets, and other required travel documents throughout the journey.
Any loss of documents shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
5. Tour Itinerary
The company reserves the right to change, modify, rearrange, or cancel the itinerary due to weather conditions, government regulations, airline schedule changes, natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Flights & Transport
Flight timings, train schedules, and vehicle arrangements are subject to change by the respective service providers.
The company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes made by airlines or transport operators.
7. Hotels
Hotel check-in and check-out timings shall be as per hotel policy.
Similar category hotels may be provided in case of non-availability.
8. Health & Fitness
Guests must ensure that they are medically fit to travel.
Any medical expenses incurred during the tour shall be borne by the traveler.
9. Baggage
Each passenger is responsible for their own luggage.
The company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal belongings.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic tours and mandatory wherever applicable for international tours.
11. Conduct
All travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respect fellow travelers.
The company reserves the right to remove any passenger from the tour for misconduct without any refund.
12. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from natural calamities, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, or any event beyond its control.
13. Liability
The company acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and local suppliers.
The company's liability is limited to the value of the tour package booked.
14. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India.
15. Acceptance
Payment of the booking amount signifies that the traveler has read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.Payment Policy :
Booking amount required 100% amount of Flight Tickets & 50% amount of Land Package
Rest 50% payment should be done before 20 days of your departure
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World -
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive
complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Namoh Travel Advisor or Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the
group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The following cancellation policy shall apply to all Domestic and International Group Tours unless otherwise specified.
DOMESTIC GROUP TOURS- More than 60 days before departure – ₹5000 per person cancellation charge.
- 45–60 days before departure – 25% of the tour cost.
- 30–45 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost.
- 15–30 days before departure – 75% of the tour cost.
- 0–15 days before departure or No Show – 100% of the tour cost.
INTERNATIONAL GROUP TOURS- More than 60 days before departure – ₹10,000 per person plus actual visa, airfare, and service charges.
- 45–60 days before departure – 25% of the tour cost.
- 30–45 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost.
- 15–30 days before departure – 75% of the tour cost.
- 0–15 days before departure or No Show – 100% of the tour cost.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS- Airline tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules.
- Visa fees are non-refundable after submission.
- Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once issued.
- Hotel cancellation charges will be as per supplier policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving refunds from suppliers.
- No refund will be given for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or early departure from the tour.
- If a tour is cancelled by the company due to force majeure (natural calamities, pandemics, war, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Name changes after ticket issuance may attract airline charges and service fees.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if scheduled payments are not received on time.
- By paying the booking amount, the traveler confirms acceptance of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
